Donna has been in the business of life and wellness coaching people to success since 1985.

Donna started out as a successful fitness centre manager followed by owning her own personal fitness training business in beautiful Noosa Heads, Australia. A 5th Dan Karate Black Belt and a global pioneer of childrens safety and protection with a goal of instilling self esteem in every child.

Donna discovered the modality of the Bio Energetic Synchronisation Technique (B.E.S.T) in 2010, where the Mind meets Body using a revolutionary technology that is improving the health and happiness of mankind Worldwide.

Donna has devoted 1000’s of hours into her training and has progressed through the ranks to become Australia's and the Southern Hemispheres first Elite Master Practitioner!  Donna combined her natural gift of mentoring and over the past 9 years has founded the Global Wellness Academy which is the exclusive hub for professional wellness education, coaching and mentoring as well as developing her signature modality of NSRT (Nervous System Regulation Therapy).

Donna has a burning desire to reach the masses with NSRT around the world and has spent four years in the international hub of Dubai to achieve this goal, she has returned back to the beautiful Sunshine Coast to educate and motivate with skills acquired from the world stage..
